Broadway Housing continues to experience extraordinary growth, as evidenced by the groundbreaking for the construction of The Sugar Hill Project this December. When completed in early 2014, the project will offer 124 units of affordable housing, a state-of-the-art early childhood center, parking, nonprofit rental space, and a cultural capstone –  the  Children’s Museum of Art & Storytelling. The steady progress of the children and their families whom we serve, fuels our dedication to broaden our outreach to the community.
